Starting Your First Acid Reflux Disease Diet

If your acid reflux is under control with just cutting down on some eating then congratulations.  You should be just fine with your present diet.  However , many of us need to research what we are eating and cut something out completely.  For example high-fat, spicy, caffeinated and alcohol may cause your belly to supply a lot more acid to digest it.  So cutting down or moving any of those foods can also help your acid reflux illness diet. 

This is particularly critical for if you start cutting out food groups, you do not want to go back and start binging on oily and greasy foods, because you cut them out too fast and couldn’t fight the urge.
